Transfers (cash or re-registration for GIA or ISA)

1. Premier Miton funds – direct investment If you would like to transfer your fund from your direct holding with Premier Portfolio Managers Ltd, please contact the company to whom you wish to transfer these holdings to. They will in turn send the request directly to us, for processing. To transfer ISA shares held within another company, to Premier Portfolio Managers Ltd, please complete an ISA Application and transfer form and send to the below address: Premier Portfolio Managers Limited Sunderland SR43 4AW
2. Premier Portfolio Management Service If you would like to transfer your product (e.g. ISA) to the Premier Portfolio Management Service, please complete the Premier Portfolio Management Service ISA transfer form. You can only transfer your holding to us in cash.
