How do I top-up my investment?

Premier Miton funds – direct investment

Individual savings account (ISA)
If you are invested in a Premier Miton fund (with a Premier Miton prefix) directly with us, you will have an account with an 8 digit account number, starting with a 6 or 8 e.g. 6002 3456. In order to submit a subscription request for your Investment, you will be required to submit an ISA Application Form, if you have not already subscribed in this tax year. Alternatively, if you have already subscribed into your investment in this tax year, a signed written instruction will suffice. The documentation will need to be sent to the below address.

Please refer to the fund schedule for a summary of the minimum investment amounts, which is included as part of the application form. Completed forms should be returned to:

If submitting a signed written instruction, please include the following:

Account number/Investor Reference Number
Exact amount to subscribe in cash/ shares
Name, address, signature & date
Confirmation that you have read the latest version of the Key Investor Information Document (KIID) for the fund
Name of the fund
A cheque made payable to Premier Portfolio Managers Limited.

The subscription will then be processed for the next available Valuation Point, following receipt of the instruction and payment. A contract note will be subsequently issued to you within 24 hours of the trade being placed.The subscription will then be processed at the next available Valuation Point, following receipt of the instruction and payment. Before we can action your request, it is mandatory that you declare that you have read and understand the fund's Key Investor Information Document (KIID). We provide a Key Investor Information Document for every fund we offer. These are regulatory documents that all investment companies like Premier Miton have to provide. They provide information such as the Ongoing Charges, the objective of the fund, performance history and details of how risky the fund is on a scale of 1 to 7 (1 being the least risky, 7 being the most risky)

Direct investment (for non-ISA applications)
In order to submit a subscription request for your investment, you can contact us by phone on 0333 456 6363 or alternatively you can submit a signed written instruction to the below address:

Please include the following on the written instruction:

Account number/Investor Reference Number

Exact amount to subscribe in cash/ shares

The subscription will then be processed at the next available valuation point, following receipt of the instruction. A contract note [which is a receipt for a trade] will be subsequently issued to you within 24 hours of the trade being placed.

If you place a trade by phone, a contract note will be issued to you by post outlining the transaction details.

Premier Portfolio Management Service
If you are invested in our Premier Portfolio Management Service, your account will start with 5 or 6 letters e.g. SMITHZ000ISA1. Your financial adviser should send any additional top up requests to the address below, with a covering letter confirming the amount to be invested, we will automatically invest into the existing portfolio in accordance with the current asset allocation.
