Funds: How do I change my address?

If you are invested in a Premier Miton fund (with a Premier Miton prefix) directly with us, you will have an account with an 8 digit account number, starting with a 6 or 8 e.g. 6002 3456. In order to change the address registered, we will require a signed written instruction to be posted to the below address for processing.

Please provide us with your previous address and your new address on the instruction; this must also be signed and dated. Please also enclose evidence of your new address in the form of a recent original or certified utility bill or bank statement.
