Why does my ISA allowance show as £0.00 on your online system when I have the full £20,000 ISA allowance for this tax year?

We do not hold a signed ISA application form for you for the current tax year and so your ISA is set to Non-Subscribing, showing an ISA allowance of £0.00.  If you wish to subscribe to your ISA, your financial adviser will ask you to complete our ISA application form.  Upon receipt, your ISA will be set to Subscribing and our online system will reflect the amount left to be subscribed during the current tax year.
